As an Association, we take our responsibilities for Child Welfare very seriously. The English Schools Swimming Association (ESSA) is committed to complying with the provisions of Swim England Child Safeguarding Wavepower .

If as a swimmer you have any concerns about anything you see or hear, do not hesitate to raise it with your parent/guardian or officers, Team Managers or coaches of the Association.
Likewise, parents should feel free to discuss any concerns they have with either committee members or coaching staff as appropriate.
