1. All school entries must be emailed to mailto:philip@blencathra.org.ukand cc copy to n.revely@essa-schoolswimming.com as backup
2. The same four swimmers may swim in both relays but must fill in a separate declaration form for each event entered into Freestyle and or medley.
3. All team declaration forms on website for download and brought to the entry desk located at the entrance no later than 12.00pm
4. All Schools to report in at least 30 minutes before actual competition is due to start no later than 12.00 to give organisers time to make any last minute changes.
