East-Midlands Division's Interdivisional Championships Team 2022-23

The Inter-Divisional Championships will be held 11th/12th March 2023 [CONFIRMED] and will be held at Alan Higgs Centre (50m), Coventry.
ESSA are looking to enter a team in the 2nd U15 International School Gymnasiade, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil 19-27 August 2023.
Selection for the ESSA team for the Gynasiade will be based around participation in the InterDivisional Championships. A formal selection policy will be issued in due course.

The Division team for this event will be selected based on national rankings.
As Rankings do not provide information on the location of the school swimmers attend, this report will exclude legitimate East-Midlands Division swimmers whose Ranked Club is not affiliated to the Swim England's East-Midlands Region.

If you fit into this category you are invited to submit your times to the EM Division Representative for consideration using this link by Friday 16th December (selection may start before this - so the earlier the better!):

If Your ranked club resides in the Swim England East-Midlands Region but your school is outside of the ESSA EM-Division, please contact the relevant division's representative using the contact details on the main ESSA website.

The Para team is usually put together by the Divisional Representative based on nominations received.
The Para team does not need to qualify at a county / divisional gala or submit time trial results.
The Para team is made up from swimmers from different schools, so there is no need to find four swimmers from your school.
Please put names forward to your Divisional Representative if you have a suitable swimmer in your school or county.

Thank you

East Midlands Representative
