INTER-DIVISIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

INFORMATION

The team to represent the ESSA South West Division will be selected from nominations received from swimmers by Saturday 13 April and selection will be made using times on Short Course ASA Ranking Times, which should be printed and attached to the application.
Long Course times will only be considered where the time has been achieved since 1st January 2013. Swimmers selected will be notified by Saturday 27 April 2013. As there are now only 8 divisions the programme has been extended to include a full programme of 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m events plus 400m Relays
