The ESSA are sad to announce that Lis Hartley passed away at 6.20 p.m. on 1st May 2013.

Lis had given many years to the swimming world including appointments as: President of the ESSA; President of Southern Counties ASA and a member of many
ASA Technical Committees.

In 2000 she was selected to be an Official at the Sydney Olympics.

For many years she has successfully organised our Secondary Team Championships.

She will be missed by everyone.
At this time our thoughts are with Sarah, Jim, Tim and their family.

"Creating memories that last a lifetime"

For the first time this year English Schools’ are introducing two events for Primary aged disabled swimmers;
4 x 25m Freestyle Relay & 4 x 25m Mixed Stroke Relay.
The team will be selected from the Divisional area.
Please contact your Divisional Rep should you know of anyone who might be suitable and would like to go to Sheffield on
Saturday 15th June 2013.

We welcome these young swimmers to our Championships
& hope they have a very enjoyable time with us.
